Summary in one sentence

Toolsfy does not collect, store or share any personal data through its tools. Every tool — PDF processor, calculator, encoder, generator — runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Files, text, numbers and settings never leave your device.

What we log

We keep minimal standard server access logs (IP, user agent, referring page, request path) for security, abuse prevention and traffic analytics. Logs are retained for up to 30 days and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

Cookies

Toolsfy uses localStorage to remember your dark-mode preference across visits. That value stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. We do not use tracking cookies. If we introduce advertising on this site, any ad-related cookies set by advertising partners will be disclosed here.

Third-party resources

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, icons from Cloudflare CDN (Font Awesome) and some libraries from jsDelivr and unpkg (for the PDF tools). These providers may log aggregate request data per their own privacy notices. No personal data from the tool itself is sent.

AdSense & advertising (future)

If/when we enable Google AdSense, Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits. Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
